Some of you may have seen the gigantic rig at the CTICC when Fat Boy Slim took the stage at the Cool Britannia Music Festival, an event that had so much promise but really failed to live up to expectations. Since then the British organizers have left with their tales between their legs, leaving the CTICC empty and unused for the real Cape Town heat to take over.

The Brits cocked it up; now let’s show them how we roll in Cape Town!

Now a group of Cape Town’s aspiring event organisers & online pioneers have teamed up to give the tourists an experience that the mother city can be proud of.

This is all happening on Saturday the 10th of July, the evening when the 3rd place playoffs for the FIFA World Cup 2010 kicks off.

Is there any better place to view it then indoors on the giant screens with the best people in town?

There will be a fully stocked bar, sublime musical talent, plus various seating and chill areas to cater for your every need (smoking area included).

We have drawn up a top notch roster of varied electronic artists and DJs’ that we have grown to love and what better way to showcase the talent we have in this city then by hosting it at The CTICC on one of the most insane rigs! (Thank you again Cool Britannia for your epic fail ;)
