Human nature is a funny thing. We find ourselves drawn towards those things that seem to have struck the right cord with our peers, and be it laziness or not, a full restaurant buzzing with activity is the sort of place you want to be… even if it means waiting for a table. Hudson’s was doing just that, and as Friday afternoon rolled on, and we rolled in, we were met by a hive of activity. Burgers were steaming out of the kitchen, patrons were laughing and chatting, and quite frankly I wanted in even before my first bite.
It’s difficult to think of a better way to describe the new Geisha Lounge other than heaven. A cliché metaphor but please hear me out.
First of all, the entrance is an beautiful iron gate guarded by a gorgeous angelic Geisha hostess on either side. I have never had the pleasure of eating at the Geisha restaurant and looking at this scene from across the road it was difficult to predict what the inside would look like. Lucky I didn’t try because it was nothing like I would have expected.
