2010 Update : African Qualification
Africa proves to hold a great threat in the 2010 world cup, with home ground support not being limited to South Africans but to the entire contingent of African Nations.
We have just begun the final round of african qualifications with these 20 teams fighting for five spots, with South Africa granted automatic qualification as the host country.
Top of each group qualifies, and although it is too early to call, the gut wants the big names to be slugging it out on our shores. Drogba, Essien, Eto’o, Zaki, Adebayor, Muntari… come on the mighty Africa!

Shame Maggles...you know your teams not great when you have to go onto other peoples profiles, pretending to be them and write comments about Chelsea football players, trying to justify your support for them by making it out like you're not on your own.... ... maggels, that's so embarrassing!! drogba is a dick!! i do hope that ivory coast do well though, viva africa viva!! remember how south korea got to the semi-final in the 2002 world cup?? no one thought they had a chance but home ground advantage and the fact that the first part of their name was "south" meant that they exceeded all expectations! so scientifically speaking, we will make the semis!!!!! how brilliant is that!!! |
