EDUCATE PEOPLE! otherwise this continues because those who notice are not of a majority to sway any election. it seems loaves of bread, promises of housing and a well placed rally weeks before the election are all you need to sway the majority. you'd think people would learn since these farcical promises have yet to come to fruition in a sequence of ANC election victories.
