It starts from development, managing younger players and bringing them through the ranks. There is only so much your coach can do, he is more of the guider and influencer and inspiring his players. its up to the players to perform on the pitch, give it there best. The Confed Cup in my eyes just proved we could play to the standard of Spain and Brazil, yet our players still havent contributed anything good towards this coming World Cup.
