			<description>Just imagine how much more devastating it would've been if the wind was howling? My guess is that smokers caused the blaze...never really understood how flames are able to just ignite from nothing more than the sun's heat and some wind. 			<description>just read that the fire has been ablaze for a few days but was not spreading and was very small! it was the wind that caused the chaos yesterday... as i understand the source was in the vacintity of rhodes memorial...
