The Masqued Ball is a weekend of enchantment created annually as a celebration of our inherent inspiration, divinity and fantasy. Gather your masks and cloaks; brighten your hearts, journey into possibilities.

An outdoor electronic music and psychedelic arts festival, the Masqued Ball, provides a platform for freedom, interaction, exchange and artistic expression, bringing together people from all walks of life as one.

Known for its slick production and cutting edge local and international acts, the event strives to promote awareness, conscious lifestyles, positivity.

An event of playful abandon aimed at all merry pranksters and revelers.

This event is about participation of any kind and in any way. Dress up, bring your masks and immerse yourself in the magik of snake charmers, leprachauns, rainbow hunters, jugglers and pranksters.

Apart from the kick ass and state of the art sound rig, the event will feature a shaded dance floor, camping, river and dam dam for swimming, food stalls, a bar, a craft market and green pastures for chilling.

Decor delights such as backdrops, sculptures and installations are provided by Buffy Braveart and Carin. Side Shows by Lulu's World of Masquerading Mannequins and Vaudeville's Tricksters.

The number of stalls is limited based on the venue size and the types of food and merchandise sold. Preference will be given to our regular supporters. It is expected that stall holders make every effort to become part of the event décor and design, making the stall as beautiful as possible, harmonizing with the space and environment and, in addition, embracing sustainable solutions and practices.
